I work primarily with adults, including newcomers and individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, who are looking to process emotional wounds, break free from limiting patterns, and build a stronger sense of self.
Whether you're navigating a temporary challenge or exploring longer-term healing, I offer counselling and therapy to support you at every stage.
Counselling can provide a focused space for clarity and relief during times of stress or transition, while therapy allows for deeper exploration of longstanding issues, patterns, and emotional experiences.

Trauma & PTSD
Unresolved trauma can have a lasting impact on your emotions, relationships, and overall wellbeing. I use trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches to gently explore and process painful memories at your pace. Anxiety
Do you often feel overwhelmed, on edge, or stuck in cycles of worry? Anxiety can affect your ability to sleep, concentrate, and feel present. In our sessions, I help you understand the roots of your anxiety, identify your triggers, and develop coping strategies that truly work for you. You’ll learn to calm your nervous system, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and find more peace in your daily life.
Depression
Depression can make it hard to get through the day or feel connected to yourself and others. You may feel numb, hopeless, or like you're going through the motions. In therapy, I offer a safe and compassionate space to explore what’s weighing you down. We’ll work together to understand the underlying causes, build emotional resilience, and help you rediscover energy, purpose, and hope.
Self-Esteem & Identity Issues
Do you struggle with feelings of not being enough? Low self-esteem can affect your relationships, career, and how you see yourself. I’ll help you explore where those beliefs come from and support you in building a more positive, compassionate inner voice. Grief & Loss
Loss can take many forms—the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or the loss of a life path you had envisioned. Grief can feel overwhelming and unpredictable. I provide a gentle, supportive space where you can make sense of your emotions, honour your loss, and find ways to move forward while still holding onto what matters most.
Workplace Stress & Burnout
Are you feeling drained, overwhelmed, or stuck in a cycle of overworking and exhaustion? Workplace stress can take a serious toll on your emotional and physical health. In therapy, we’ll explore what’s contributing to the stress, create healthy boundaries, and develop tools to help you feel more balanced and empowered at work.

Moving to a new country brings both opportunities and challenges. Navigating a new culture while trying to stay connected to your roots can be disorienting and emotional. Having experienced this process myself, I offer a space where you can talk freely about identity, belonging, and the emotional complexities of immigration. You are not alone in this journey.
